Type the name and we query the registry live. If you like the answer, we register it together with your package.
The lookup goes straight to the registry over RDAP. A domain is only yours once it is registered — this check cannot see rare blocklists or reservations.

Will you migrate my existing site?
Yes, at no extra cost. We mirror your site, databases and mailboxes onto our environment, test everything, and only move the DNS once the copy is running. For most projects visitors notice nothing at all.
Where is my data stored?
In German data centres in Munich and Nuremberg. Your data does not leave the EU, and we provide a GDPR data processing agreement on request.
Which control panel do I get?
On Linux, CyberPanel by default and cPanel on request. On Windows, always Plesk. Either way you also get SFTP access, and SSH on the Linux packages.
Is the Windows Server licence included?
Yes. Every Windows package includes the Windows Server licence. SQL Server licensing beyond the Express edition is quoted separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How do the backups work?
Daily snapshots on every package; nightly, stored off-server, with 30-day retention on the higher tiers. More important than the backup itself: we test restores regularly, because a backup you cannot restore is not a backup.
How quickly does support respond?
Anything that takes your site offline is handled around the clock. Everything else is answered within one working day — prioritised, and through a named engineer, on the Pro packages.
Can I move up or change later?
At any point. Moving from S to M or L — and equally between Linux and Windows — is scheduled into a window you choose and uses the same mirroring method as the first migration.
